The idea of starting an English Medium School was conceived by Thiru. K. Kuppusamy the patron of the RVS Educational Trust which manages and runs institutions.
RVS School was initiated in 1985 with classes from LKG to IX - Extended upto Std.X in 1988 and later Std.XI and XII were started in 1990. - At present the school runs with a strength of 900 plus students with a state of the art environment and classes extending from PRE-KG to Std.XII
Our vision at RVS MATRICULATION HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL is to empower students to acquire, demonstrate, articulate and value knowledge and skill that will support them, as life-long learners, to participate in and contribute to the global world and practise the core values of the school: respect, Responsibility, resilience, integrity, care and harmony.
